Andrew is a psychedelic guide, trauma informed strength coach, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and father. His work centers on embodiment and nervous system regulation. He blends movement, medicine, breath, and somatic practices to support stress relief and deeper self-connection. His intention is to create spaces that feel grounded, accessible and deeply human.

Andrew and Marissa’s offerings overlap in many congruent ways. They are both dedicated to continuing to evolve on their personal and professional paths, as well as together as partners and parents.

Collectively, Andrew and Marissa have decades of experience and credentials in the wellness space. Together they received their Breathwork Training in Conscious Connected Breathwork with Seattle’s Tai Hubbert (Levels 1& 2).

Andrew has several trainings in strength and coaching, as well as embodiment practices such as TRE (trauma release exercise), and Hakomi. He holds his 500 hour level certificate in Yoga, including Yin. Andrew is a graduate of a psychedelic guide program emphasizing IFS (Internal Family Systems) and men’s work.

Marissa has a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa as well as trauma processing trainings such as Sensorimotor (like Hakomi) and EMDR. She is a certified Yoga Teacher and meditation guide, alongside a psychedelic therapist trained through MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies).

Andrew and Marissa have been offering Breathwork ceremonies around the greater Seattle area for many years, ushering thousands of people into Breathwork as a supportive practice. With their combined depth and breadth of experience in trauma & somatic therapy, body mechanics, yogic studies, plant medicines, and community leadership, they offer an incredibly wise and researched approach to their teachings.

What is Soul Centered Breathwork with Conscious Connected Breathing?

Soul-Centered Breathwork is a refined, integrative practice that weaves together conscious breathing, preparatory movements, meditation, and intentional sound to support emotional release, nervous-system flexibility, and inner alignment. It offers a gentle yet powerful way to process stress, grief, and emotional holding by creating a safe, spacious environment in which the body and heart can soften, open, and restore.

At the core of the practice is Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) — a rhythmic, continuous breathing pattern in which the inhale and exhale are intentionally linked, without pauses between them. This creates a smooth, circular flow of breath that gently activates the body’s natural capacity for release, regulation, and self-repair.

How is Conscious Connected Breathing practiced?

Participants are guided to breathe with an intentionally active inhale, then allow the exhale to release naturally — without holding or stopping the breath at either point.

The breath becomes fluid and unbroken, like a soft wave, creating a steady internal rhythm that signals safety to the nervous system while also inviting subtle activation and emotional access. 

The breath is not forced; rather, it is attentive, open, and continuous. Over time, this coherent breathing pattern supports increased oxygenation, stimulates vagal tone, and allows stored emotional or somatic tension to surface and gently unwind.

Sensations, emotions, imagery, or deep states of clarity, stillness, or soulfulness may arise — all of which are welcomed as part of the body’s innate intelligence returning to balance.

Guided by CCB and yoga-inspired techniques, the practice supports the release of stored tension, encourages energetic flow, and reconnects individuals with their innate sense of wholeness, clarity, and authenticity — qualities that often become obscured beneath chronic stress and protective adaptation.

Soul-Centered Breathwork invites the system to shift from survival into coherence, from contraction into ease, and from fragmentation into embodied presence.
