Our time will begin with clear instructions on how to participate and benefit from a Breathwork session. We will then offer a 30 minute accessible yoga practice to help prepare the body to breathe. After this, you will settle into a lying down position and receive guidance through a 50 minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session. To conclude, we will break into small groups for optional sharing and connection about your breathwork experience. As the event wraps up, tea will be served and free time invited to further connect with others at the event.

What to Bring
Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, bolster or pillow, and comfy clothes. Also consider bringing a water bottle, journal and any light snacks.
The floor is not carpeted so feel free to bring two layers of yoga mats, additional layers of padding or cushioning like a trifold mattress.
Tea & water are available for attendees, as well as restrooms and a coat closet.
